  • Lead mindfulness practices and sessions with clients or groups
  • Integrate mindfulness into coaching and/or therapy sessions safely and effectively 

Blend different Modalities (MBSR + MBCT + NLP)

You'll learn how mindfulness works from multiple angles and how to blend it with tools like NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming).

I'm a professional coach, hypnotherapist, NLP trainer & accredited mindfulness teacher. I've been studying the mind for as long as I can remember, and I've been working with clients & groups for over 25 years.

I co-run the largest NLP Training company in Scotland (The Scottish Centre of NLP) and my online trainings have reached over 45,000 students in 164 different countries.

No. The course is accessible for all levels.

No — this is a practitioner-level course inspired by MBSR, MBCT and NLP. It equips you to use mindfulness in your own life and to guide practices and integrate mindfulness into your work, but it’s not a formal MBSR, MBCT, or NLP accredited trainer programme.

All sessions are recorded, and replays are shared each week. I do ask that you can make at least 3 of the 6 sessions live though.

Groups are intentionally kept small to allow discussion, practice, and personal support. The maximum number for this training is 20.

Yes — you’ll receive practical frameworks, scripts, and worksheets designed for client use.

Lifetime access to recordings, worksheets and meditation audios.

Yes but it’s more ‘home practice’ than ‘homework’ — easy-to-apply daily practices (10–15 minutes) to help you experience the benefits first-hand.
